Ludmil Dimitrov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria where he received his MFA from the National Art Academy in 1979. Since 1986 he has been living and working as a graphic designer in Los Angeles, specializing in animation films, movie posters and satiric drawings. Ludmil Dimitrov publishes and exhibits his satiric drawings and has won prizes at national and international competitions for his posters and satiric drawings.
In addition to his photography work, Ludmil Dimitrov creates abstract paintings and paper collages with which he participates in exhibitions in USA and Europe.
